<P>I used to have a same problem. For me, re-installing from the scatch is best \
option. Some times I have to delete cygwin folder and re-install all the package from \
scratch again. It may be due to accidental crashing of some components during \
re-installation/upgrading.</P> <P>Best of luck!</P><BR>
