Do you have installed it after the base kde ?

You can verify this: try

$ ls ~ -al

.DCOPserver_BRAMSCHE -> /home/habacker/.DCOPserver_BRAMSCHE_BRAMSCHE-0
.DCOPserver_BRAMSCHE_BRAMSCHE-0

This show the dcop server files (look for similar files)

$ cat ~/.DCOPserver_BRAMSCHE_BRAMSCHE_0
local/BRAMSCHE:/tmp/.ICE-unix/dcop2720-1044215476
2720

-> this shows the old style

$ cat ~/.DCOPserver_BRAMSCHE
local/BRAMSCHE:/tmp/.ICE-unix/dcop2984-1044215274       2984

-> this shows the new one, which is independent from the mount mode

Ralf
