Are you able to identify which process have this memory leak ?

if you have no tool you can use pslist from www.sysinternals.com.
With the following script you can follow the memory usage of any process:

COUNTS=`gawk '{ for(i=0; i < MAX; i++) print i;}' MAX=1000 /bin/true`; \
for i in $COUNTS; do \
	mv /tmp/pslist.log /tmp/pslist.log.old; \
	/download/sysinternals.com/pslist.exe | gawk ' $0 !~ /pslist/ { print $1 "\t"
$6 } ' >/tmp/pslist.log;  \
	echo "------------------------------------"; \
	diff  /tmp/pslist.log.old /tmp/pslist.log; \
done

Perhaps that helps
