That means, that you have a problem with your network connection. dcopserver
tries to connect to itself, which fails.

Make sure all your cygwin mounts are in binmode. You can verify this by running
the mount command:

$mount
c:\programme\cygwin\bin on /usr/bin type system (binmode)
c:\programme\cygwin\lib on /usr/lib type system (binmode)
c:\programme\cygwin on / type system (binmode)


Additional try to create an strace log for dcopserver and send it to the list
(please zip it with bzip2)

$ strace -o dcopserver.strace dcopserver.exe --nofork --nosid

Third, which os are you using ?
