SPEED !
Thanks to Marc Boucher <marc@mbsi.ca> who timed some constructors, we found out
that KBookmarkBar::KBookmarkBar could be very slow (with a big XML bookmarks file)
because .... guess what ... findToolbar() was using getElementsByTagName (and the
dreaded QDomNodeList!)
