Log Message:
- kdmdesktop is now named krootimage and is invoked directly by kdm, not
  by the Setup script. the [Desktop0] section of kdmrc now lives in an
  external file (backgroundrc by default), so it's theoretically
  possible to have a different background for every display.
- the user iconview on top was replaced with a listview on the left.
  pics are now fixed to 48x48. the real name is shown along with the
  login.
- optionally users can specify their own pictures. the source is
  ~/.face.icon. once it is implemented, ~/.face will be used as the big
  picture shown in the logo field when a user is clicked.
- if the listview is active, the logo is placed vertically between the
  greeting string and the login lineedit. the picture should be _much_
  bigger then till now (300² instead of 100²).
- some code moved around and reformatted, minor internal changes, minor
  fixes, major breakages, etc. :)

some of this work/breakage is due to danimo. :)

GUI: quite a bit on the look, almost no i18n
