I'm using XFree86-4.1.0, but as I said, Qt3 is compiled without XFT support (configured
with -no-xft). So it shouldn't be related to freetype library. Isn't it?
Here are the libraries used for example by qtconfig:
libqt-mt.so.3 => not found
libpthread.so.0 => /lib/libpthread.so.0 (0x40022000)
libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x40039000)
libXext.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.so.6 (0x4003d000)
libX11.so.6 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so.6 (0x4004c000)
libXrender.so.1 => /usr/X11R6/lib/libXrender.so.1 (0x40136000)
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 => /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 (0x4013b000)
libm.so.6 => /lib/libm.so.6 (0x40183000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x401a5000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x40000000)
There's no freetype library, neither libXft.
