Hi

I didn't find anything standardized, when I looked
at the file dialog class in KDE and I don't think
something has changed. Would it be usefull, if we
add a function/flag to the file open/save dialog,
which let's you choose which encoding you want to
use and which then can easily be handled in the
application.
