I know you all missed it.

The only thing that now still misses is a GUI option for it. Unfortunately, 
Look&Feel->Window-behaviour->Advanced is rather full. Shall I move the 
"Window" and "Magic borders" into a "Moving" tab? While I'm at it, shall I 
rename "Magic borders" to "Snap zones" ?

Can someone with actual knowledge of kwin/X look at the implementation to see 
if I have done anything stupid?
