Not this time, but it happened 1 or 2 weeks ago. klocale.h was modified,
and it broke a couple of things within kdebase (and/or kdelibs). It's just
to say that it is a very sensible header, that makes almost everything to
recompile. And it's really *annoying*, once everything is recompiled, to
see that a big part is broken.
