	Hi,

I am writing an article where I describe how cool Kde is, especially with 
its XML-RPC daemon to make remote DCOP calls.

Unfortunately, it is not working for me. I copy-pasted the reference 
scripts from http://developer.kde.org/documentation/kde2arch/xmlrpc.html
and here is what I get:

[philippe@localhost ~/progs/test-dcop/sh-dcop]$ ./ref-script
telnet> Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain.
Escape character is 'off'.
Connection closed by foreign host.


After that, kxmlrpcd is taking a lot of cpu and nothing happens.
This is on  a Mandrake 8.0, basic install (kde 2.1.1).

Any hints ?
