These splash screens don't provide very much functionality. If you can't read 
them, tough. The "County & Language" setup OTOH is an important setting and 
it should be readable at all times. The colour thats _you_ choose might not 
be readable by everyone. We allow people to choose different color scheme 
according to their needs/taste and we should honour that, no exceptions.
