well i think everyone missed my point... in fact i know they did (See the 
above thread)

My idea is to automate and control KDE.  I want to provide administators and 
developers with a clear, consistant interface to all KDE applications.  This 
is not involving a new language, a new IPC or anything like that.  I am just 
makeing some changes to the kdelibs that allow dcop interfaces to certian 
aspects of KDE. (AKA Standard actions and dialog boxes).

The only radical thing I did was added the ability to record GUI actions via 
dcop so you could play them back.

I have been working on a smooth way to do this since september and have 
thought this out for some time.
