Hi John,

The 'remove' button seems too risky to me, too.  It also seems a bit too 
visually messy to me.  It adds 4 up-arrows to make a total of 7 up-arrows and 
1 right-arrow on my kicker display at the moment.  An acceptable compromise 
between visual and functional clarity might be if the arrow (I'd remove the 
'remove' button) appears when the mouse is over the applet handle?
