?????? I meant the following:

|   ( ) Plain tool tips
|   (x) fade tool tips
|   ( ) rollout tool tips
--------------------------------

The checkbox controls the same setting IMO - it is from my point of view NOT 
a separate setting, but another option in the same setting!
