No, it accesses exactly what you serve anoncvs from. I update from
bluemchen once an hour.

It's cvs based and then every 15 minutes a script updates the www
directory from the cvs. I really would hope that someone from the
zine/promo group would offer to host this one (read between the lines "I
wouldn't take this one on").
