I'll see what I can do. I am bugging our admins in bonn to setup
web-cvs at the machine that already is anoncvs.kde.org. It still
has resources to act as web-cvs server. The fact the the machine
already holds a copy of kde-cvs is also very fortunate in that situation
(or does it access cvs.kde.org directly?). 

For the zine hosting: I don't know how it works atm but if the zine will
be maintained via cvs, hosting should be no problem either. However,
we cannot handout accounts to that machine.
