The short answer: someone developing a KDE/Qt program that wants to have SOAP functionality might be interested in it. The longer answer: the "Development/Libraries" category includes C++ libraries/classes that might be of interest/use to someone developing a KDE/Qt program. It doesn't reproduce C++ classes that come with Qt (like DOM) or KDE. It's not that complete (I have a list of about 20 libs I want to add to it but haven't found the time yet) but hopefully eventually it will be a very nice resource for developers. Ciao, Dre
