Subject:    Konqueror "Go" menu merging

Hello,

KGhostview has a number of actions in the View menu, but which really should be
in to the Go menu. The actions are First page, Last page, Previous page, etc.
A problem arises when the KGhostview part is embedded in Konqueror, because 
Konqueror doesn't merge the Go menu. I wondered if this was done on purpose,
because of the web-style <-> document Go menu differences.
