By then we should have a solution for the "mysql" problem in kdelibs.
There are people including me who don't have mysql installed. Configure
shouldn't bail out of it but simply not compile that stuff in
kdedb/plugins. It's no poblem for me to comment out that stuff in the
Makefilel but for Joe Doe it might be.
