Hiya,

For some reason clicking on a window doesn't give it focus any more. I need 
to click on the titlebar to give it focus.

Focus policy: Click to focus.

Inactive inner window: Left Button: "Activate, raise pass and click".

Restarting kwin doesn't help. kwinrc available upon request.
