There is an option "Use Ctrl-Tab to walk through desktops" in "Look and Feel" 
-> "Window Behaviour". That is probably not the first place you look for such 
an option though.

It hasn't been added to the Key Bindings section since there are technical 
limitations on the keys that can be used for this function. So it is either 
"ctrl-tab" or nothing.
