Actually, I don't know why I put kio_audiocd in kdebase. It doesn't
really belong there, it should be in kdemultimedia. I'll think about
moving it.

I don't think kdebase should be split up - it's a lot of work, and
I think if we try to keep it fairly clean (people like me stop putting
things like kio_audiocd in there) then there's not much reason to.
