Maybe it's just me, but there appears to be a conflict between kdelibs and 
kdeutils (dupe file).

[root@cmhplap i586]# rpm -Uvh kdeutils*
file /usr/share/doc/HTML/en/kab/index.html from install of 
kdeutils-2.2-0.20010226.1nebs conflicts with file from package 
kdelibs-devel-2.2-0.20010226.1nebs
