As you might have noticed, qt-copy contains Qt 2.3 beta 1.
For questions about changes please consult the READMEs
on Qt's root directory. 

The major point is that Qt now offically supprts anti-aliased 
fonts through XFree's RENDER extension.

Please give it a try and test heavily ;)
