hmm - don't follow the logic of making kwrite a subdir of kant. kwrite is an  
app in it's own right.

Why not put kant in kdebase and have kant's makefiles point to kdebase/kwrite?

I'm not sure if the eventual plan is to use the kpart kwrite within kant, but 
surely that would be the best way to move forward for everybody?
