Hmm, to be honest: I was somehow shocked about Dre's interview. I always
stated that KDE's people would never say bad words about GNOME like some
GNOME developers did about KDE. Sadly this seems not to be true anymore.
Comparing GTK+ with Win 3.1 is very unfair IMHO and there is no reason to do
so. (I hate Win 3.1 and I think it is the worst desktop out there.)
So to get this right: this is no flame at all, I just want to express that in
my opinion the words of Dre were a bit much. And I would really appreciate it
if this was the first and the last time someone said bad words about GNOME if
he/she is officially associated with KDE. Sure, I totally agree that KDE is
way ahead of GNOME, but if you bash the other desktop this does not help KDE.
