This helps for kdemultimedia/mpeglib and kdetoys/kworldwatch. However this is
not really an option on slow systems.

kpackage still breaks, now with:

g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I/home/michael/kde/cvs-src/kdeadmin/kpackage -I..
-I/opt/kde2-CVS/include -I/usr/local/qt2/include -I/usr/X11R6/include
-I/usr/include/rpm    -O2 -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new -Wall -pedantic -W
-Wpointer-arith -Wmissing-prototypes -Wwrite-strings -Wno-long-long
-Wnon-virtual-dtor -fno-builtin -DQT_CLEAN_NAMESPACE -DQT_NO_COMPAT
-DQT_NO_ASCII_CAST  -c /home/michael/kde/cvs-src/kdeadmin/kpackage/main.cpp
In file included from /usr/include/rpm/rpmlib.h:8,
                 from
/home/michael/kde/cvs-src/kdeadmin/kpackage/rpmInterface.h:14,
                 from /home/michael/kde/cvs-src/kdeadmin/kpackage/main.cpp:32:
/usr/include/rpm/rpmio.h:22: type specifier omitted for parameter
/usr/include/rpm/rpmio.h:22: parse error before `*'
make[1]: *** [main.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/data/kde-cvs/cvs-build/kdeadmin/kpackage'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

And of course it has no influence on kdepim/libical.

Greets
