Yeah, I've noticed this bug too. It's perfectly reproducable here: if you 
have only one app running, the appropriate taskbar button doesn't get 
"pressed-down" - even if you explicitely click on it. If you, however, start 
another app, the problem is away (of course only as long as you have two apps 
running at least).
