I removed that libdga check and closed the bug report. Meanwhile it shouldn't
mater as kcheckpass doesn't link to LIB_QT anymore, but the dga check was there
just to prevent some Solaris users from doing stupid things like using the
stock libGL :)

It's my true belief that people having wishes for the bug report tool
and report it to the author haven't got the idea behind open source.
