if the referenced desktop file is not there / not started, then it only has 
these two options: 

a) do not start the application
b) start it after starting all other applications. 

this is necessary to avoid trouble (that it depends on an app that depends 
again on another app). 

Other solution would be that this entry must list _all_ dependencies (i.e. 
recursively).
