Althgough the topic is important, it nevertheless is off for
kde-core-devel.  So, can we agree, that the PR-people do as good as they
can (with whatever means they think are appropriate), that non PR-people
don't bash (unintentionally) on PR-people, that others, having complaints
about PR, do something themself about it, and finally that
opinions/analyzes/thoughts/(dis)agreements about PR don't be discussed
here?
