Hmm, that's right, there's some confusion going on here, kdoc isn't in
kdesdk anymore (since long ago) :-)
So....
* kdesdk: can be included in the release, especially for kbabel, if 
  Matthias Kiefer wants so.
* kdoc: I'm still confused as to whether Ralf is happy with the one from
  KDE 2.0.1 or not.
