I think that the "Other"-tab is redundant anyways.

The "show all downloads in a single window"  would fit perfectly into the 
"Behaviour"- tab whereas the Terminal-section doesn't really fit in there as 
well.  There is also a Terminal-section in the panel-settings. I see no 
apparent reason for someone wanting to start a different kind of terminal 
from konqueror than from kicker. So the terminal-section should go into an 
own kcontrol-module (which would also allow to change the colors of the text 
using a GUI like we had in KDE 1.1.2).
