So I'm thinking... it would be nice to have this reall configurable.  
Something like a kcm_kiosmtp program to enable/disable support for all of
the little ESMTP goodies.  Anyways, this begs the question: how should the
ioslave determine the from address?  I've got a couple thoughts, but for
now I just hardcoded it at something obviously bogus.
