Toolbars generated with KMainWindow::toolBar() no longer show up,
although it works if you manually create a toolbar then add it yourself.
An example of this is kfind. I think it has to do with the new auto-save
stuff, but they still don't show up even if I reset that. XML GUI's work
fine of course ;-)
