So, the current state is:

-update with 5 Hz 
on my system one update takes around 0.025 sec, doing this 20 times per 
second takes around 0.5 seconds -> very slow

-use direct calls if possible

-emit all signals, but only with 5 Hz

this speeds up deleting and copying a lot
