Hiya,

KControl currently has a splitter that you can't move.

This goes against the first principal of GUI design: if it looks alike it 
must act alike.

There are two ways to fix this:

a) make the splitter movable
b) replace the splitter with a QHBox.

I tried both, and I prefer b).

Flame me if you have strong opinions about this :-) Otherwise I will replace 
the QSplitter with QHBox.
