Has something changed with the way KStaticDeleters destruct?

I see crashes everywhere due to KStaticDeleters destructing. E.g. KCursor and 
KHTMLPageCache. I removed the KCursor_private destructor... but the 
KHTMLPageCache needs to be destructed because it is in a KPart.
