I will have lots and lots of time later this week and I will ensure that
atleast the kdelibs can be generated properly. 

Keep in mind that there is a lot of stuff that kdoc has to work around to
prevent you guys from having to use the preprocessor option when
generating kdelibs docs - C++ with all these preprocessor macros
everywhere (eg the one in kdockwidget that recently broke kdoc) is no
longer C++ in the syntactical sense.
