Yes, those are utilities (someone with a Windows or Mac background would
probably call them "part of the OS").

The KNames are fine for binaries, but suck as "brand names". If I could
think of a better name for ksysv, I would already have renamed it. Then
again, "SysV-Init Editor" probably is not so bad, there just aren't as
many as there are text editors or ICQ clients *g*

Generally, the "<doc name> - <app name>" concept should stay!

PS: I think we need to try to follow the styleguide more. No big mistakes,
but almost no app completely follows the styleguide, there are always a
lot of small inconsistencies... or maybe just different interpretations of
it.
