/home/bugs/www/bugs/Maintainers is always up to date and can be used for 
that? If so, I will add it. What should be the error message if a package 
is not found? "Look at the ->Maintainers file to find the correct package"?

BTW, upgrading bugs.kde.org to PHP4 would make some things easier...
