We ought to get the docs team (or maybe the website team?) to help
create a KDE-style template for the doc files. We should try to make
them fit nicely with the overall style of the user-level docs IMHO.
Maybe we could go with something like a very similar style, but with
a different colour scheme indicating that this is developer info.
