Configuring the bookmark toolbar from within Konqueror
(Settings->Configure->Toolbars... and then pick bookmarkToolBar) is broken
and/or doesn't make sense.  If you add actions to the list (it starts out
empty even if you have added bookmarks to the bookmark toolbar directory)
they don't actually show up on the toolbar.  Additionally, you are apparently
not supposed to configure the toolbar in this fashion anyway, but instead by
creating URL type .desktop entries in 
~/.kde/share/apps/kfm/bookmarks/Toolbar.
