This is nonsense. RH ships a current CVS snapshot of the
KDE_1_1_BRANCH, just like any other distribution that cares about
having a stable and bug fixed KDE1. Just calling it 1.1.3 on the box
might not have been their brightest idea. Blame RH marketing for this.
