(except for this annoying messing up of URLs problem - click on a URL, end up

I'm not voting as I have no right to, but as a user let me just remind you 
that as developers, you all have a pretty dark image of the current state of 
things. You know all the problems and only deal with the problems. By 
definition you won't deal with something running fine :-).

So again, as a user I think that a second RC is not necessary.
