Since I am the one who wote this stuff maybe I should also say
something, but what ?

There are rules for creating the xdr-files in the makefile, so you could
do
make mount_xdr.c (I forgot the actual name right now) to build it.
Actually I wanted to have thewm  always generated by rpcgen, then
somebody said: what happens if rpcgen isn't there ?
Maybe rpcgen is evereywhere where the headers for the rpc stuff are
installed, I don't know.

Well, if you find bugs or if it doesn't work for you at all please drop
me a note, since I received actually no reports about it until now (I
don't believe it's bug free).
