The *_xdr.c are generated by rpcgen. Unfortunately, they depend on the
system but are distributed by CVS/FTP. The distributed files are plain
wrong on my Alpha while rpcgen on that box generates correct ones.

So, can we stop distribute them and let them be generated on the local
box AND in build-dir rather than in srcdir?
