The documentation team would like to know when a change is made that changes 
the appearance of an application or that changes the way the user is supposed 
to use the application. To make it easy for everyone I will forward all 
relevant CVS messages to Michael McBride.

The only thing you need to do as a developer is, when you commit something 
and it affects the GUI, to add a description of the GUI change in your cvs 
commit and put "GUI:" in front of it.
