Hi,

the current key configuration in the control center is broken -- it doesn't
let you configure the standard keys, all widgets are disabled there. The
problem is that kkeyconfig.cpp uses KAccel::insertStdItem(), which has no
bool parameter to make the accel configurable. It just inserts the item as
not configurable, which is the right thing to do anywhere else _but_ the
control center.

So I propose adding that bool to insertStdItem(), maybe as overloaded
private method and making it a friend to KKeyModule.
